Model TP

Systems · Model TP

Model TP —
semi-underground.

Some vehicles stay above grade, some descend below ground. A shallow pit (2 050 mm) allows installation even where a fully underground system is not possible. Suitable as a parking lift for a garage or for parking at a family house.

When to choose Model TP

Suitable for shallower installations and tight conditions.

Shallow pit

Depth of 2 050 mm — installation where utilities or bedrock prevent deeper excavation.

Family houses

The optimal solution for 4 to 8 spaces in the driveway area of the plot.

Existing buildings

Adding parking to an existing building without extensive excavation.

Fast delivery

A shorter excavation reduces construction time and minimises disruption to the surroundings.
